Access Data Collection

The Provider collects data on any access to the online offer (so-called server log files). This access data includes the name of the accessed website and the file, time and date of access, the transferred volume, reports on access success, browser type and version, the User’s operating system, referrer URL (the last-viewed page), IP address and the ISP requesting access.
The Provider uses this protocol data without personally assigning it to the User or creating other profiles and only for statistical assessment for the operation, security and optimization of the online offer in accordance with legal regulations. The Provider reserves the right to subsequently review the protocol data if specific indications provide justified reason to believe illegal use occurred.

Personal Data Collection and Use
Personal data is only collected and used by the Provider if this is legally permitted or the User consents to such data collection. Generally, Users can see which data is saved when using the service, such as names, email addresses and messages written when using the order form.
Personal data (e.g., name, email address, delivery address, payment information) provided to order goods is used by the seller to fulfill and complete the contract. This data is treated confidentially, transmitted with encoding and not provided to third parties who do not participate in the delivery or payment process.
When contacting the Provider (via contact form or email), the User’s data will be saved to process his request or in case additional questions arise.
The Provider has taken organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure adherence to the regulations of the data protection laws and to prevent accidental or intentional manipulations, losses, destructions or unauthorized access.

Data Provided to Third Parties
User data is only provided to third parties if permitted by law or if a User granted his approval.
This may be the case if supplying the data aids a User’s contractual fulfillment by providing the postal address to a forwarding company after placing an order to the shop or if the data is requested by relevant authorities, such as law enforcement authorities.
Personal user data will certainly not be provided to third parties for advertising or user profiling purposes.

The Provider uses “cookies” as part of his online offer. Cookies are small files that are saved onto the User’s computer and can store information for the Provider. Temporary cookies are deleted after closing one’s browser. Permanent cookies are stored for a fixed period and can provide the information they saved when the online offer is opened again.
Cookies are used to ease use of the service. For example, a cookie will store the User’s shopping cart status.
The User can adjust the cookie’s activity. Most browsers have options to limit or prevent cookies from being saved. The Provider strives to make cookies superfluous to his online offer. However, please note that usage, especially usage comfort, may be compromised by disabling cookies.

Sending Information via Newsletter
Emails containing advertisements for the Provider or his services will only be sent with the User’s express permission. The Users can object to receiving newsletters at any time. Among others, an objection option is at the bottom of every email.
Before sending the newsletter, the email recipient will receive an email asking for confirmation of the newsletter request. Unconfirmed registration will be automatically deleted within four weeks.
Non-advertisement information includes news related to the contractual relationship with the User. This includes technical information, information on payments, questions about orders or comparable news.
Users may request their removal from the notification list via email at any time by using the contact options stated above.
As part of the registration, the Provider will save the User’s registration and confirmation times and IP address. The Provider is legally obligated to document registrations to prove they were made properly.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files saved onto your computer, allowing your website use to be analyzed. Information generated by cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the US where it is saved. Should an IP anonymizer be activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or states party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptions will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The anonymizer is active on this website. On behalf of the owner of this website, Google will use this information to assess your use of this website, to compile reports about website activity and to perform additional services related to use of the website and the Internet for the website owner.
The IP address transmitted by your browser through Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. Users can prevent cookie storage through your browser settings. However, the providers notes to the user that you may not be able to use all functions of the website. Furthermore, users can prevent the collection of cookie-generated data (including your IP address) on your use of the website and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in provided by the following link:

Use of Facebook Social Plugins
This online offer uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognized by their Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or by their “Facebook Social Plugin” labeling. A list and looks of the Facebook social plugins can be found here:
If a User opens a website of this online offering containing such a plugin, his browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of Facebook. The contents of the plugins will be directly transmitted by Facebook to the User’s browser and integrated by the browser onto the website. The Provider, therefore, has no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects through these plugins, but will inform Users to the best of his knowledge. By using the plugins, Facebook will be notified that a User opened a respective page on the online offer. If the User is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. If a User uses the plugins, for example, by clicking on the Like button or writing a comment, this information will be transmitted from his browser directly to Facebook where it will be saved. If a User is not a Facebook user, Facebook may still discover and save his IP address. According to Facebook, only anonymized IP addresses are saved in Germany.
Purpose and scope of this data collection and further processing and use by Facebook and related rights and settings to protect Users’ privacy can be found in Facebook’s privacy statement:
If a User is also a Facebook user, but does not want Facebook to collect data on him through this online offer and link it to his Facebook user data, he must log out of Facebook before visiting the website and delete all respective Facebook cookies. Likewise, Facebook social plugins and browser add-ons may also blocked, for example, by using “Facebook Blocker.”

Use of Twitter Buttons
This online offer uses Twitter buttons. The buttons (e.g., “Tweet” or “Follow”) are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
If a User opens just one website of this Internet presence containing such a button, his browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of Twitter. The contents of the Twitter buttons are transferred from Twitter directly to the User’s browser. The Provider, therefore, has no influence on the scope of the data that Twitter collects through these buttons, but will inform Users to the best of his knowledge. According to Twitter, only the User’s IP address and the URL of the respective website will be transferred when using these buttons, but only to display the buttons. Further information can be found on Twitter’s privacy statement at

Revocation, Changes, Corrections and Updates
Upon request, the User has the right to receive information on the personal data on him saved by the Provider free of charge. Contact data can be found in the Provider’s imprint.
Additionally, the User has the right to have incorrect data corrected and personal data blocked or deleted if no legal retention obligations exist.
Changes to the data privacy statement
The Provider reserves the right to amend the data privacy statement to adjust it to changed legal situations or to service or data processing changes.
