Placing an Order

 
1. Shopping Cart
Select the products you would like to order by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. This will place your selection into the shopping cart. You can change your selection at any time before submitting your order by clicking on the “Remove this item” box to change the number of products or by deleting your selection or cancelling the order process. By clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button, you will be taken to the next step of the ordering process.

 
2. Checkout: Registration
If you already have a user account, please log in using your email address and password. Otherwise, please register as a new customer or place your order as a guest. Your data will be collected, processed and used under adherence to any relevant data protection regulations (see Privacy). Your data will not be used for other purposes or transferred to third parties.

 
3. Checkout: Billing Information, Payment, Agreements
Enter your billing address and select your desired payment method. Please check if all information is correct and carefully read the general terms and conditions and revocation instructions for digital contents. You may continue with the ordering process if you agree to the general terms and conditions, the revocation instructions for digital contents and your revocation rights’ expiry (by check marking). By clicking on the “Proceed” button, you will be taken to the next step of the ordering process. 


 
4. Confirm & Place Order
You will receive another summary of your order: The selected products, shipping and billing addresses and your contact data. By clicking on the “Place binding order” button, you will send your order to us. You will thereby place a legally binding order.
